My friend Mick Adam with his Channel bottom on which he did the art & also glassed it completely in his back yard shed within a few hours. He used sun cure resin so there was virtually no waiting time between the bottom & deck glass laminations & the filler coats. He said it all went well except for having to struggle with the channels to eliminate bubbles on the edges. It’s 5’10”, 191/2″ wide & 23/8″ thick. The shape was based on a “Spitfire” model with some changes. New wing shape, lower rocker, more nose area & 4 slightly angled Channels exiting out through the tail. I made Mick a board similar to this a few months ago with 4 Belly Channels which he liked but felt it was too long at 6’0″. This was supposed to be a smaller identical version of the same board with the Belly Channels but I kinda got carried away & ran them out the tail & also slightly angled them towards the nose. @pop_diddy @jmanradshred @barrell_head @slimes_surf_skate @kakek_slime #markrichardssurfboards #mrspitfire #mrspitfiremodel #mrspitfirechannelbottommodel @fcs_surf @foam_riders @christianchapmanartist @markmonostewart2481
